Playback rooms can publish recordings of their streams for viewers to watch on demand.
Finding Replays
When a room publishes a stream recording, it can be found in the Replays section of the community profile. Replays can also be shared with a direct link.
Replays with NBA broadcasts are not available yet
At this time, Replays can’t be published for streams that feature an NBA broadcast. We plan to support this soon! In the meantime, room creators are still able to access private recordings of streams with NBA broadcasts.
Publishing Replays
Every Playback stream is recorded. By default, Replays are published after the completion of each stream. Room creators can disable auto publishing from their Replay settings.
Room creators can configure the publishing status of each Replay individually.
- Private: Only available for room creators
- Unlisted: Available to anyone who the Replay link is shared with
- Public: Surfaced on the room’s community profile
Updating Replay metadata
Replays use the event title, description and thumbnail that were set for the original live stream. After the live stream is finished, room creators can edit any of these assets from the Replay manager.
